By CFTC Letter No. 26-10, issued by the Division of Market Oversight on 24 March 2026 at the request of HM Treasury and the FCA, OptAxe Limited was added to Appendix A of CFTC Staff Letter 24-11, the list of UK-authorised trading facilities covered by the DMO no-action positions. The amendment took effect immediately upon issuance.
Letter 24-11 was superseded by CFTC Letter No. 26-28 on 1 October 2026 and may no longer be relied on. The current position is set out in the entry for Letter 26-28.
