FINMA recognition as a foreign trading venue under Art. 41 FinMIA

FINMA recognised OptAxe as a foreign trading venue under Article 41 FinMIA by decision of 30 July 2026. FINMA-supervised Swiss participants may be granted direct access to the OptAxe MTF.

CFTC Letter 26-10: OptAxe added to Appendix A of Staff Letter 24-11

By CFTC Letter No. 26-10 of 24 March 2026, OptAxe Limited was added to Appendix A of CFTC Staff Letter 24-11 as an Eligible UK Facility. US participants may trade on OptAxe without the venue registering as a swap execution facility.
