FINMA recognition as a foreign trading venue under Art. 41 FinMIA

FINMA recognised OptAxe as a foreign trading venue under Article 41 FinMIA by decision of 30 July 2026. FINMA-supervised Swiss participants may be granted direct access to the OptAxe MTF.

By decision of 30 July 2026 (reference G01577481), the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority FINMA recognised OptAxe MTF, operated by OptAxe Limited, London, as a foreign trading venue under Article 41 of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FinMIA).

Under the decision, OptAxe may grant direct access to its venue to FINMA-supervised Swiss participants. The admission of non-supervised participants is governed by applicable local law.
